Fall Harvest Dinner at the Chelsea Club Print
Saturday, 13 October 2007, 6:00 p.m. reception, 6:30 p.m. dinner
Chelsea Club, 236 Metcalfe (at Somerset)

In the past twelve months the Guild, with the help of Director Martin Carrière, has had two dining events at the Chelsea Club: the Duck and Pinot Noir Dinner last October and the A & B Dinner in Northern Italy this past March. These have proven to be so successful that we are now organizing a Fall Harvest Dinner at this same venue with the same chef, Sean Murphy. If you have experienced Sean Murphy’s culinary skills in the past, come prepared for another delicious performance. A spectacular decor, a private dining room, exceptional cuisine, and a great wine line-up will surely please all those present.

The National Capital Sommelier Guild strongly supports moderate and responsible consumption of wine and spirits. Guild dinner events allow a designated driver to attend at a reduced price. The designated driver will not be served alcohol. Guild tasting events provide and encourage the use of spit buckets.
