15th Anniversary Nostalgia Tasting: An Eclectic Evening with Phil Nicholson Print

Thursday, 6 March 2008, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Chelsea Club, 236 Metcalfe (at Somerset)

Founding Guild member and former Guild President Phil Nicholson will guide you through an entertaining evening of interesting and unusual wines donated from his own collection. They will be complemented by a selection of fine foods prepared by Chelsea Club chef Sean Murphy—a series of bite-sized pairings that add up to the moral equivalent of a meal. At most have a bowl of soup before you come.

Expect a few “Phil Favourites”: a Gewurz or two, a fine sherry or two, a stinky cheese or two, and a bizarro wine and food matching or two that “just MIGHT work”! Revenue from this event will go toward the Guild’s scholarship fund.

If you’ve attended a Phil Nicholson event before, you know what a great experience this will be. If you haven’t, register now and join in a great evening.

NOTE: We have arranged to use two rooms at the Chelsea Club simultaneously with Phil moving back and forth between them. We can now accommodate both members and their guests.

Members Only: $60 + $3 (GST) = $63
