Guild VP Martin Carrière would like to share with fellow Guild members his love of duck prepared in different styles and matched with Champagne, Pinot Noir and other varietals.

Come prepared for the following:

Reception wine
Champagne

First appetizer
Duck matched with a Pouilly-Fumé

Second appetizer
Duck matched with a Pinot Noir and a surprise wine

Main course
Duck matched with a premium red Burgundy and a California Merlot

Dessert
Coffee / Tea

A vegetarian option is available at time of registration.
