Peter Ward is a founding member of the Guild, past Director, Governor Emeritus and noted wine writer. He will lead you through a series of rare wines selected from his private cellar. Among the wines are sure to be some Sherries and Ports which he dearly loves. Revenue from this event will go toward the Guild’s scholarship fund.

The National Capital Sommelier Guild strongly supports moderate and responsible consumption of wine and spirits. Guild dinner events allow a designated driver to attend at a reduced price. The designated driver will not be served alcohol. Guild tasting events provide and encourage the use of spit buckets.
