The National Capital Sommelier Guild Scholarship for Wine Education was established in 2003 to promote educational opportunities and foster the development of professional wine service with individuals employed full-time in the hospitality industry in the Ottawa-Gatineau community. By providing this Scholarship the Guild realizes its educational mandate in a manner that initially benefits the students, but ultimately leads to improved wine service for consumers throughout the capital region. |
