Guild Director Martin Carrière would like everybody to know that his recovery from the heart attack he suffered in March is going very well. His enforced relaxation is letting him catch up on his reading and spend more time in the kitchen (which he loves to do). He is getting out of the house again, but says he will probably be retiring from Hockey.
Martin is not, however neglecting his Guild duties and still keeping on top of the organizational details for the upcoming Duck and Greek dinners. Martin would also like to extend a special thanks to Bill Ellis, who stepped in for the Piedmont Dinner, and Joe Hatz, who is the alternate for the Duck Dinner.
