Daniel Speck, one of the three brothers who own Henry of Pelham Winery in Niagara, will be in town for Winterlude and has graciously offered to conduct a tasting of their latest wines for the Guild. HoP has recently begun representing some European wineries in addition to their own products. Daniel will introduce us to some of these wines and fill us in on all the details.
